Arshad is an admitted Attorney and Conveyancer of the High Court of the Republic of
South Africa since 2006.
He has vast experience in the legal field and has previously successfully managed and controlled a successful conveyancing department with his previous employer Nochumsohn and Teper Attorneys.
He is the Founder of the Law Firm since its inception in 2015 to date. He has cultivated interests in the legal field, especially gravitating towards Conveyancing,
Banking and Finance Law, Commercial Law and Company Law.
He has successfully passed his Notarial
Practice Examination and is currently in the process of applying to be admitted as a Notary Public of
the High Court of the Republic of South Africa.

Hasita is a 2013 Bachelor of Laws graduate from the University of South Africa (UNISA). She
has earlier this year been admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of the Republic of South Africa.
She at present manages all matters in the Litigation department where she handles varied matters
which include but are not limited to Debt Collection, Administration of Deceased Estates, Commercial
Law and Civil Litigation in general.
She has shown herself to be engaged and capable. She is a
dedicated and promising up and comer in the legal field.
